What should I do if my order hasn't arrived or is damaged?
- If you have opted for parcel post, please email [email protected] to provide your order number. We will then find out where your parcel has gone. You must do this within 45 days of shipment. Otherwise, we will not be able to report the loss to the carrier.
- At the Tinne Mia webshop, we take the necessary steps when a parcel is delayed or appears to be missing. We will initiate an investigation in cooperation with the carrier. Based on our experience, such an investigation usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks. During this period, we cannot send a replacement parcel or credit the order. We must await the outcome of this investigation before further actions can be taken. However, we always strive to find a suitable solution in case of delay or loss.
- In case of damage we ask you to return the damaged shipment to us.

You have the right to return the purchase within 14 days after receiving your product*. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected] within these 14 days with your name and order number. You will then receive a confirmation from Tinne+Mia stating how and to which address you can return the package (the shipping costs are for the customer). After receiving this confirmation you still have 14 days to return the product.
When the product is received back by us in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which the purchase was made. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt of the return package.
*) Send your items back to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if all labels are intact and attached. Tinne+Mia will not take back items from which the labels have been removed.
